ADVERTISE THE POSITION

To apply for any security guard position you need to have 1 year minimum security guard experience, Valid CA Guard Card, Valid Exposed Firearms Permit, Valid Baton Permit, Valid Pepper Spray Permit.

RECEIVE APPLICATIONS AND SCHEDULE FIRST INTERVIEW

After we have received the application we schedule the first in person interview

BACKGROUND CHECKS / DL CHECKS / DRUG SCREENING

We do a full background check on every new hire to make sure we understand who we plan on hiring. A Department of Motor Vehicle check is also done to make sure the potential new hire has a clean driving record. We also do a full drug screening to make sure every new hire is clean, we also do random drug tests through out the year.

SECOND INTERVIEW AND FINAL INTERVIEW

After we receive the background check, DL check and drug screening results we schedule a second and final interview to discuss our findings.

JOB OFFER IS MADE

Once we are satisfied with our findings we hand over the job offer

COMPLETE I-9 FORM

We complete the I-9 process

SCHEDULE FITTING AND TRAINING

We schedule the fitting of uniforms and training day starts
